醫療機構的財務風險

不確定性不僅是狀況理論及其他許多組織理論所關切的主題，財務管理也很關心這個因為不確定性所引起的財務風險問題，並提出從財務角度的因應之道。最近我們有讀到一篇文章[1]是在介紹從企業財務風險的理論來看醫療機構的財務風險，強調外在的風險可以透過內部的管理機制來降低。這篇文章首先對財務風險的定義是：”Risk is any unpredictable variability in anticipated outcomes, either adverse of favorable, that is caused by uncertainty associated with an investment, venture, or decision and which would tend to negatively affect the entire firm.”與其他企業組織一樣，醫療機構的財務風險
